Christy Bunyan
Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician

Christy Bunyan is a veteran laser specialist and skin care therapist with 15 years of experience. Not only has she performed thousands of laser and skin care procedures, she has also trained hundreds of doctors, technicians and students how to perform these procedures.

Christy is passionate about the field of skin care. Helping people feel better about their skin is very important to her. She attends meetings and seminars to stay current, update her knowledge and provide the best procedures and products for her clients.

Christy started her career in a dermatology office where she was trained by four dermatologists. She had the privilege of participating in an FDA study on laser hair removal from 1996 to 1997. To further develop her knowledge of skin care and procedures, she worked with plastic surgeons for three years. She also worked in a gynecology practice, where she learned how hormones affect the skin. Christy applies this vast experience in her work at North Texas Dermatology.

Christy is a mother of two. Her son served in the United State Marine Corp, with one tour of duty in Iraq. He now lives in McKinney and is attending school. Her daughter is attending Texas Tech University, Marketing Major and is a Kappa.
